"L un des plus beaux hôtels que nous avons fait dans notre voyage sur la Costa Del Sol !! Chambre avec balcon vue mer magnifique!piscine très agréable mais en septembre elle fermait à 18:00 qui à notre avis était un peu tôt compte tenu qu il faisait encore très chaud ! Personnel très sympathique et efficace parlant français !Bon buffet déjeuner! Vélos disponibles à l hôtel ! La piste en bord de mer est agréable (surtout celle du centro..WoW) et nous amène Jusqu’au centro d’Estepona en 15 minutes et se prolonge encore plus loin! À noter que la piste est quelque fois moins bien aménagé à certains endroits ! Supermercado à quelques minutes de marche !stationnement gratuit directement a l hôtel ! Les points négatifs sont pour notre part qu il n y a pas de restos autour à part un Burger King! Loin du centro pour y aller à pied mais en vélo ou voiture ça se fait bien! Et la plage est étroite en petites roches et la mer pas très belle (sargasses) pour la baignade ..! Il faut aller à la plage de la Rada du centro ou la Del Cristo. Mais la vue mer du balcon ou de la piscine est incroyable! Merci pour notre beau séjour !"

"The place is a huge was no service at all in the middle of nowhere if you like to buy anything in a drive for a few kilometre is out of estepona around 25 km from San Pedro is no facilities inside is very hard to find parking specially if you decide to come back to the place after 6 o’clock that’s you have two option to leave your car within 1 km walk or pay €15 for the night and the empty car park so you need to prepare yourself to add €15 for your Stay each night breakfast is basic and the room they only clean it after when you finish your Stay in five days or more, I don’t know if they clean it during that time, but we stay five days"

"Overall excellent and lived up to my expectations, based on all the other positive reviews here. In terms of the lovely private garden down to the beach, the beautiful undeveloped sandy beach itself, and the quite pool area, it was just what I wanted for. a few days to chill in perfect weather, and better than expected. The room was also nice and comfortable (they gave me a mattress topper immediately, which was perfect, as I thought the mattress was a tad hard). Bathroom is quite basic, but it's not a five-star hotel and it's perfectly clean, but could have better ventilation, as no external window. Big issue is the overall location, apart from the private access to the beach, as it's right next to a very busy motorway, and a big junction, so there is no town to walk to or places to visit locally. Cancelada has little to offer (it's in the name!), and even then it is some distance to walk to, as you have to walk a long way to a pedestrian bridge to cross over the motor-way. So if you like being in a place where you can walk to nice restaurants and cafes and bars, from your hotel, and sit out in the evenings, this is not the place for you. I found the food in the hotel to be of very mixed quality. Otherwise you are having to get taxis to go anywhere else. Staff were all really excellent, friendly and helpful. If you did not have good weather and could not sit out by the pool, or go to the beach, there wouldn't be much else to do here."
