The apartment is located in the very popular area of Guadalmansa in the urbanisation of Las Salinas, a short walk to the famous Tiki Tano Beach Club, bar and restaurant. The perfect location for those wanting to stay in a safe and secure area. The urbanisation offers two adult swimming pools and two safe children’s pools. There is a heated indoor pool with a sauna and a Jacuzzi and a large, well equipped gymnasium, great for those who want to keep in shape after partying! Las Dunas hotel which offers its Natur House Spa and Health Club is next door and available to visitors. The golf valley is on the doorstop offering golfers the possibility of over thirty different courses to choose from. The apartment offers modern, comfortable space in a fantastic location. The apartment has an open plan living area, with a large terrace, overlooking one of the community pools and gardens. There is loungers and dining furniture on the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, the other with twin beds, the master bedroom enjoys en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom.
