Let me introduce you to my beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, and a guest bathroom. It’s located in the exclusive Guadalmina Baja-Casasola area, on the banks of the Guadalmina River. Across the river lies the Guadalmina Golf Course—the best in the area—making this a very quiet and secluded setting. If you love golf, this is the ideal place for you.

When we first saw this Andalusian-style villa, we fell in love with it. We’ve put our heart and soul into decorating it, paying attention to every detail so you can enjoy your holiday or a long stay.

Our two-story villa has 340 m² of living space and a spacious 1,000 m² lot with a large lawn—perfect for playing, sunbathing, or enjoying a barbecue with family or friends.

The villa features a spacious porch with a living area and a dining area, shaded by a motorised pergola so guests can choose how much sun they want.

If you prefer, there’s also an open-air dining area surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can enjoy the scent of jasmine from the garden.

Upon entering the house, you’ll immediately feel a sense of peace and brightness. Inside, there are two living rooms where you can relax and play with your children or friends. There’s also a separate indoor dining room with wooden furnishings that seats 8 people. The kitchen is separate, very spacious, and fully equipped, with marble worktops and wooden cabinets. On the same ground floor, you’ll find the guest bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the upper floor is the spacious master bedroom, with access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious marble bathroom overlooking the garden, featuring a bathtub and shower, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds and their own en suite bathrooms. all rooms are spacious and face the outdoors.

- 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite marble bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace.
- 3 bedrooms with two single beds each and an en suite bathroom. All with exterior views
- A guest bathroom.
- 2 living rooms.
- A separate dining room
- Flat-screen TV.
- 1 porch with a sofa and dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
