Staff was very nice
Parking was questionable- staff had golf carts to transport back and forth from room- you had to calm the front desk to get someone to come or walk inclines or lots of steps depending where your room was.

"I would say Bluebeard’s Castle itself is beautiful and has some of the best views on the island. The biggest downside is that St. Thomas has occasional power outages, so the electricity will likely go out at some point during your stay. However, they seem to get it back up and running pretty quickly. ..."
