Very nice easy location to get around. Quiet reprieve that was a very clean sanctuary from on the go.

There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed. This morning while we checking out they decided to trim trees and clean because I had complained. They completely blocked the entrance of our room and my husband slid and almost fell . There’s so much more I could say I took photos of everything. IT IS NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO ANY BEACH they make u take your garbage with u when u leave. Like I didn’t have enough to carry. The person that texts u is AI It’s not a real person and can’t help with anything. The AI lies and swears it’s a real person on the phone. Finally a real person called sounded like from out of the country he was no help. NO CENTRAL AIR. SMALL POORLY FUNCTIONING WINDOW AIR CONDOTIONERS.

Surprised by power outages. TVS did not include guides to determine channels. The restaurant service seemed rather slow.

Everything was great with the exception of the bartender at the infinity pool - not a nice guy! Other than that - great property!

Amazing view from a high quality room. Very comfy bed and bathroom. Loved the balcony.
