We absolutely loved our stay at The Cove. Even though we were rounding out our St Croix trip with only two nights here, it was quiet, clean, sheik, and a 10/10 stay for us. Doug met us as we were parking and walked us through, offered to help us with our bags and chatted a bit. The property could not have been more thought out. The check-in and shared spaces were very well designed, the Nespresso machine in the room, great toiletries, amazing mattress, and even the hair drier had multiple heat settings, which is rare for a hotel. The pool was so lovely and we had it to ourselves both nights. The tone of the tree frogs and the soft music playing was exactly what we needed after a non-stop few days with family for a wedding. We will absolutely be back to The Cove!

This was my first all inclusive and although the food was good, the description is deceiving. Breakfast is a buffet, dinner is a buffet, and bar food type things like mozzarella sticks and quesadillas are available to order.No room service.There is only one restaurant available at a time. Almost every time you go to place an order they were out of something. Drinks were probably the best I’ve ever had! The beach was disgustingly smelly and had 2 feet of sargasm on it, which they can’t control I guess but that was a huge disappointment. Ocean was beautiful but the beach was horrendous. So an all inclusive with very little food choices and you can’t use the beach or even get in the water. Oh and the pool was lovely but there were 500 bees at the bar so take your chances there! Bar staff were absolute perfection. Front desk people except one super rude girl were great!

I believe this property is 3 1/2 stars and I normally stay at 4 and 5 star resorts but this place is just quirky enough to make me curious. I'm glad I was because I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, large room with sufficient amenities, food at the restaurant was very good. The views were amazing. It's right on the beach, so if you like the beach very good. I would recommend water shoes as it's pretty rocky. Overall very nice stay and I would visit this property again. I almost forgot, rent a car, it's really necessary to get around and the rates are reasonable.
