Our stay was great except of the sargassum on the beach which gave out foul smell. We all understood it was nothing the hotel could do about it. There were gold carts available to take us up in down the hills of the property which was great. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Over all our stay was decent, the shower is MESSED up. One day you shower and the water gets boiling hot every 30 seconds to where you gotta get out. then the next day it wouldn’t even get hot. Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.

"We had a great stay at the Westin, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We did get locked out of room and had to have the IT come in and reset the lock but even then they were so kind, quick and efficient."
