Chale on Nordeste beach (Sergipe coast: Saco beach, Mangue Seco)

Chale is on the coast of Sergipe, between Praia do Abais and Praia das Dunas, close to Saco beach, Mangue Seco, Lagoa dos tambaques. Aracaju Airport is 40 km away, and Salvador Airport - 200 km far from here.
Simple and cozy chale and furnished and equipped for housing. There is a bedroom with double bed and single bed, sofa bed in the living room. House has terrace overlooking the sea, barbecue and place for hammock. Bed linen, beach chair, parasol are available. There are restaurants and grocery stores within 2-6 km.
Our place is for those who want to escape the rush and stress of day-to-day. If you like surfing, fishing, walking, practicing yoga or just seeing happy children on the beach - our home is for you! Place is preserved and safe. We do not accept loud sound.

É um lugar bem simples mas com todo o básico para uma estadia tranquila. O lugar é um pedacinho de paraíso praticamente na praia e com toda a segurança. Tive problemas com a água, nem tudo está em perfeita conservação, mas voltaria muitas vezes.

Chalé precisando reforma.
Já fiquei hospedado várias vezes no chalé , o local é ótima pra quem busca um lugar tranquilo o banho de mar e tudo de bom , porém está precisando de uma pequena reforma tem uma porta lateral que não abre já a algum tempo um bicama precisando ser trocado ou reformado também uma determinação pois o cheiro de batata estar bem ativo , a abertura do chuveiro é alto uma pessoa com uma baixa estatura não consegue abrir , acredito que o proprietário do imóvel deve dar um atenção a essas coisas , fora isso é tudo de bom e voltaria mais vezes . É claro que gostaria de encontrar o imóvel já com essas pequenas melhorias .

Muito aconchegante e com vista incrível. Fui muito bem recebida pelo Carmelito (o caseiro) que estava sempre a disposição e é uma simpatia. O Chalé é exatamente como nas fotos e a proprietária Viktoria é uma ótima anfitriã. Foram dias maravilhosos e pretendo voltar em breve.

Bem já fiquei por duas vezes neste imóvel, sempre nas minhas férias adoro o local por ser muito tranquilo , o banho de mar maravilhosa sem contar que ainda dá pra se distrair pescando adoro voltaria mais vezes .

Simples e excelente!
O chalé é simples e muito aconchegante. A vista do mar ao abrir uma das janelas já te convida para a praia. O local é relativamente de fácil acesso. A sensação de segurança é enorme, pode-se ir a praia a noite tranquilamente (é uma experiência rara e incrível!). É praticamente obrigatório acordar-se às 5:00 para passear pela praia e ver o sol nascer. O caseiro Carmelito é muito solícito e nos recebeu muito bem.

Paz e tranquilidade
É o 3º ano consecutivo que fico nessa praia, os dois anos anteriores foi na casa de estância, que fica na mesma propriedade. É um lugar paradisíaco e muito bom pra quem gosta de paz e tranquilidade e praia particular. Esse ano fiquei no chalé, e gostei muito. E anfitrião foi bem atencioso e nos atendeu em tudo. Só tivemos um contra tempo por causa da comunicação entre a plataforma e o anfitrião, e eu também não me comuniquei com o anfitrião como fiz das outras vezes. Mas agora tem o Sr. Carmelito como caseiro e isso não vai ser mais problema. Mas voltarei outras vezes!!

Um lugar para quem quer paz
Imovel dentro do anunciado. Proprietaria e caseiro smp solicitos ao nos atender. Porem vou deixar algumas observações em relação a locação. A estrada que leva ate a casa é de chão, uns 3 km, como estava chovendo corria o risco de atalamento em alguns trechos. A casa estava limpa, porem os lençois estavam usados ja, toalhas limpas. Senti falta de um tanque para lavar as roupas de banho. Façam compras antes de ir para a casa, não ha nada la perto a não ser um mercadinho e com os preços altos e pouca variedade de coisas. Levem agua potavel! Visitem a Lagoa dos Tambaquis. A vista da casa é um sonho, o mar todo pra vc, eu e meu marido vivemos dias muito felizes e de paz ali. Adorei a viagem e voltaria com certeza.
