Das Hotel ist für den Preis absolut passabel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern, allerdings etwas klein und dunkel. Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Option für ein bis zwei Nächte. Auch das Frühstück hatte ein gutes und großes Sortiment.

Highly recommended

Superb hotel, if a little away from the main centre of town. Peace and quiet and large rooms. Only negative was an alarm went off for the room next to me, but this was soon fixed. Staff on duty 24 hours.

Very clean room, but very small. Being a bigger person it was a little cramped for me. The shower especially was very small and, it was very easy to get water all over the place.

Clean and good looking hotel, good breakfast. Slow check in and bar, seems understaffed at night. Plus for rewarding customers for eco friendlyness when not wanting to change towels and clean rooms every day, but a minus for staff taking a large stack of napkins for wiping water off the floor, instead of a rag.

Good but basic hotel. Rooms quite small and not much storage space. No facility to make a hot drink in the room. Not far from city centre but the area is not great. On a noisy road with Building work and scrubland across the road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, although the restaurant was very busy at the weekend. We struggled to find somewhere to sit.

Modern Hotel in Essen

Modern hotel in Essen, comfortable bed and bathroom, breakfast quite good, central area in Essen. a few negative points: no gym, no desk or chair to work on in the room, only one person at reception so some queues at times for check-in and -out, no fridge or minibar in room, no housekeeping for first three days. generally nice though.

The hotel was easy to find and parking next to hotel. The receptionist claimed that I had to pay for the room, which I denied. As I had a long I decided to pay. In the morning I raised question with receptionist and after she made further inquiries they agreed to refund the payment

Hotel was clean and good service, very nice breakfast and hotel staff. However, were missing some "small" very imporants services such as room ameniries: shampo, conditioner, soap, ceram, all the little things that are super important and changes the whole experience. Also - must have coffee/tea making in the room. there wasnt any which was downgrading.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich gut und auch schön angerichtet. Leider hat ständig etwas gefehlt und man musste immer wieder aufstehen um nachzusehen ob etwas nachgefüllt wurde. Das Personal war sehr bemüht ist aber nicht rum gekommen. Es war auch nicht genügend Besteck vorhanden. Man musste sich Messer, Gabeln, Löffel usw. an vielen Tischen zusammensuchen und immer wieder beim Personal nachfragen. Bis auf dem ChaosAufenthalt bei Ihnen wirklich schön

Das Zimmer hat vermutlich aufgrund des Teppichs im Zimmer sehr unangenehm gerochen. Ein schwarzer Stuhl im Zimmer war total verstaubt- an der Sauberkeit könnte also noch gearbeitet werden. Es fehlt ein Spiegel mit Vergrößerung im Bad. Das Bad ist neu und die Dusche ist super. Der Empfang war nicht besonders herzlich, aber schnell. Im Großen und Ganzen finde ich das Hotel sonst ganz okay. Das Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung.
