Le propriétaire était réactif au moindre problème. Petit bémol : les équipements (exemple lave-linge), mériteraient d’être un peu modernisés ainsi que les différentes portes de la maison qui ont besoin d’être un peu réparées car fonctionnent mal. Les chauffe-eau assez vieux ont mal fonctionné pour l’eau chaude de la salle de bain du premier étage.
