"You can’t beat the location! It has great access to all the shops and beach and the parking permit allows you to park and walk during your stay. The layout is definitely funky but the description was accurate and exactly as we expected. We were three people for two nights so it served us very well. More than four would be a tight squeeze. The shower stalls are very tight as well so important to keep this in mind if you need extra room. The hosts were communicative and check-in/check-out procedures were very helpful. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would rent again if our travels bring us back to Capitola!"

"Room was clean, very close to the beach and shops… parking was a challenge as we had to drive around for a while to get a spot. We had 3 people and a small dog, loved the fact there was a tv in living room and bedroom… so pretty quiet overall but when the people leaving upstairs it sounds like a hundred people were coming in and out… but overall I would definitely stay here again… the price breakdown was the people who run it charge more than the people who own it… still was a good deal for where it is"
