"Nice, comfortable, clean unit right in town, easy access to restaurants and shops and beach. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean except for many stains on carpet, kitchen was well equipped and the best part was the lovely deck for sitting and reading with a glass of wine!! Convenient parking just down the stairs and was an easy (uphill) walk to Shadowbrook, a "must-go" restaurant while in Capitola!! Check in was simple and communications were very good. We had a slight issue with heater in unit (pilot light out) with no way to fix it and help arrived quickly. We'd definitely stay here next time we're in the area."

"The pots and pans are not included in the property but can be rented if needed. We were surprised to see they had paper towels, dish soap, sponge and salt and pepper for use. The place was spacious enough for us and the location cannot be beat! Literally a few steps to the beach, made it easy to go out as many times as we wanted. We will definitely be back!"

"The pictures accurately reflect the property. The location was great. What we had problems with was the two set of stairs to the unit. Both my wife and I are in our mid-seventies and I have arthritic knees and Achilles tendonitis which made the stairs a minor challenge. Our dog is 12 and is small (14 pounds) and could not climb the stairs. This meant that we had to carry the dog while climbing the stairs. We had a good time but the unit did present some challenges."
