"Our stay was an exceptional memory. The location of this place was so nice. We could see the cute town of Capitola, the wharf and the beach from our patio. Our family likes to do a lot on vacation with the enjoyment of our main stay on the beach relaxing and the adult kids surfing. All of the check out procedures were very simple and took little time to do which was also nice."

"We loved the location of this property. Steps to the ocean, shops and restaurants in Capitola. Leonard met us upon arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our family of 10 was very comfortable. This is the best place to stay if you want to park once and enjoy all Capitola has to offer. I would highly recommend this for families and large groups. Beautiful ocean views from the first floor and balcony."
