Panorama Penthouse ❤️ 180º Ocean Views | Best Views in Town

I recently renovated this amazing penthouse with all my love and care. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!<br><br>Right in the heart of Espinho, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the train station, from where you can reach Porto’s historic centre in about 20 minutes.<br><br>With a 7-km wooden boardwalk along the sea, surfing, horseback riding, restaurants, a planetarium, a cinema, and a fishing village, Espinho is the ideal base for your stay in the Porto area—you’ll never get bored there.<br><br>I finished renovating this penthouse in June 2016.<br><br>In addition to being an extremely cosy, charming, and well-equipped apartment, it offers you every possible comfort for your holiday: high-quality sheets, mattresses, and pillows; electric blackout blinds; kitchen appliances (dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.); washing machine and dryer; a closet; and a home theatre system with access to cable TV (approx. 150 channels). There is also a Chromecast for your convenience.<br><br>Very well insulated, the apartment features underfloor heating, providing a very comfortable atmosphere during Espinho’s short winter season.<br><br>The highlight of this apartment is its panoramic view of the ocean and the stunning sunsets. Having dinner there feels just like a dream. You may also enjoy a delightful experience when you wake up and gaze at the ocean views right from your bed...<br><br>I hope you’ll fall in love with it just as I have!<br><br>You’ll have private access to the entire apartment, which includes a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony.<br><br>You can contact me at any time during your stay; I’ll be more than happy to assist you remotely by phone, text message, or other means of communication. If requested, a member of the team can meet you at the apartment to personally assist you during your stay.<br><br>You can check in on your own (self-check-in/default option) by installing an app on your phone to unlock the doors, or I can send an assistant to welcome you in person (traditional check-in—please let me know in advance if you prefer this option). After booking the apartment, you will receive an email with further information and instructions.<br><br>All necessary amenities are within walking distance.<br><br>If you don’t want to prepare your own breakfast, there are bakeries very close to the apartment. You can either eat breakfast there or buy bread to enjoy back at the apartment.<br><br>Espinho is a rapidly developing city. You’ll find many traditional restaurants right on the waterfront, supplied daily with fresh fish caught locally. Modern restaurants are also available. For example, vegetarian guests will find several vegetarian restaurants; my favourite is called Terra Viva and is just a few minutes away from home. Prices are very reasonable.<br><br>If you prefer to cook, there are several supermarkets in the city. On Mondays, a large traditional market offers a wide selection of local products. Every day, you can buy fish directly from the fishermen at the beach.<br><br>If you don’t want to use the washing machine during your holiday, there’s a laundromat down the street. You’ll pay around €5 for laundry service (washing and drying). A little further away, another laundry service will also iron your clothes.<br><br>For sports enthusiasts, there are many options in Espinho: a surf school, horseback riding, a swimming pool with a wide range of classes, yoga, and more.<br>There is a long wooden boardwalk along the sea. Walking there and taking the train back home (with several stations along the way) will take you the whole day.<br><br>To relax, several wellness salons offer massages and beauty treatments.<br><br>Right next to the apartment is the Espinho Cultural Centre, which includes a planetarium and a cinema. Events are organised regularly: International Film Week, theatre classes for children during the summer, and more.<br><br>In the evening, you can also enjoy the casino, bars, or the nightclub.<br><br>A golf course and an aeroclub are also located in Espinho.<br><br>It’s impossible
