We had a basic room that was still quite large. Excellent shower. There isn't a better location in Cassis...PERIOD! The staff at the restaurant downstairs were very friendly and the food was good. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent (and included with our stay). A shout out to LAURA on the front desk...when we arrived, the lift was temporarily out of service and she brought our bags up to our second floor room without hesitation. She was committed to us enjoying our stay.

This property was exceptional from the first moment we arrived until departing. The daily full breakfast was a delight, from fresh fruit, breads etc. Gourmet dinners was a 5+ plus the chefs presentation exceptional and not to be missed. Staff was all around fantastic and attentive! We would love to return if only closer to home. All the best!

From the front desk gentleman who helped us with our rental car, to check in and hotel staff, helpful and very attentive The facility is gorgeous and our room was lovely and the hotel staff was wonderful and professional. I do have some criticism (with the high rating of the hotel) about the kitchen and bar wait staff at the cafe (lunch) and (breakfast). Some seemed inexperienced and didn't know entirely how to service a room of patrons. I think the restaurant, breakfast and bar could use a "captain" to give the young staff some training on how to service guests while emphasizing details. we did not eat dinner in the formal dining room which seemed to have pro staff. I observed guests not happy while we ate breakfast and a bit frustrated. We asked repeatedly for coffee and other items. While the staff seemed quite busy re-filling up the buffet, some be sent to turn their attention at times on the guests, and better prioritized and that may just be training, circling back and seeing what guests may need. Some guests were forgotten in the outdoor section and came in twice to remind. Other guests were left trying to flag down the staff and remind them they had ordered something. The one young girl at lunch out side stacked all the dirty dishes on our table twice while clearing the food and generally seemed to lack confidence on how to serve the lunch and wine properly. But, we loved the hotel and this can be easily fixed- we will return. thank you

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, with amazingly kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious, lovely, quiet, and very comfortable. The best place to stay in Marseille for sure!
