The staff at check in were very good but when i went back for help with internet the lady could not help me and was rude. I had stayed in this hotel in September 2025 and had a great room that was large and very nice. This time our room was very tiny and we could not get the room cooled off. The room this time was a lot more in price.

Good stay. Reviews are right that the rooms are too hot. It was 20C so wasn't expecting it to be a problem. Fan in the room helped but not enough. Good location and lovely pool.

There were several homeless drug users residing and defecating in the underpass by the second building was unpleasant and a safety concern. Sounds like this has been an ongoing issue for some time as staff are aware but do not actively deter this behaviour. I would not recommend to female solo travellers and I believe the hotel should have mentioned this on their advert for transparency.
Given the price, the hotel generally offered poor value for money.
