The property was well placed in downtown Athlone with free under ground parking. The rooms in the tower were lovely with nice views over the city. The breakfast was excellent, but it was an extra cost for our booking. Would recommend.

Great room, great lobby, could use more staff at busy times for check in. Super breakfast. Parking is a bit tight. The hotel location is superb if you are staying in Athlone for a leisure (i.e. pub visit) stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Athlone to break up our trip from Galway to Dublin. Hotel is part of a shopping center. They are a large hotel in a small town and they hold conferences there. The staff are friendly and helpful for what you will need. It’s kind of a maze to get around the hotel. The room was tidy and had everything for a nights stay. We did not find the bed very comfortable. Sheets were slightly scratchy. We checked out really early the next morning. The front desk was able to provide us with fresh coffee and biscuits for our trip. Extremely helpful!!

Great stay at the sheraton, we had to move from another hotel at the last minute due to lack of air con and the staff were so accommodating at short notice. Can't fault the staff or the venue. Parking was free, food options were excellent and staff were faultless.
