Our holiday home Schöne Aussicht in a quiet location, up to 115 square metres in size (depending on the number of bedrooms), is situated at an altitude of approx. 560 m in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel. Not barrier-free due to stairs. You have a very beautiful panoramic view of our low mountain range landscape, such as Aremberg, Hohe Acht, Nürburgring and the Daun region. The Kyll cycle path is only 2 km away. Enjoy pure nature, peace and relaxation, as well as the amenities of a large, park-like garden. Seating and lounging furniture including cushions, as well as a barbecue area are available free of charge. On the ground floor, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment and a dining area. A modern, spacious single bedroom with a 120 x 200 cm box-spring bed, wardrobe and seating area. The living room is furnished with a leather suite, a flat screen TV and a bookcase with a selection of books. There is also a selection of games for you to play. The bathroom and 2 double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of them has 100 x 200 cm beds and a spacious sliding door wardrobe. The 2nd double room is furnished with a box-spring bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, a wardrobe and a seating area. he bedrooms are available according to the number of people booked. Changes are possible on site. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail in advance. We will then prepare everything for you accordingly. Examples: 2 persons booked = 1 double room. 3 persons = 1 double room and 1 single room. 4 persons = 2 double rooms. An additional bedroom can be booked on site for a surcharge of 7 euros per night, For longer stays a maximum of 50 euros. 5 persons = 2 double rooms and 1 single room. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Change on request and for a fee. Free car parking at the house. We provide our own kettle barbecue free of charge. You can do sports on the Dahlemer Binz, only a few kilometres away. Distance to the shopping centre approx. 4 km Aldi, Lidl, Roßmann, Edeka and a bakery with the possibility to have breakfast. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebendran und machen einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich. Die Küche ist supergemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Selber kochen ist also kein Problem, alternativ kann man natürlich auch essen gehen, dafür braucht es aber ein Auto. WLAN ist sehr stabil und schnell. Wir haben die Woche mit Wanderungen verbracht, das Ferienhaus ist dafür ein idealer Ausgangspunkt und viele reizvolle Routen waren nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist mitten in der idyllischen Eifel gelegen und egal in welche Himmelsrichtung bieten sich zahlreiche schöne Wanderrouten und Radtouren. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, sodass man sich hervorragend selbst versorgen kann. Es hat geräumige Zimmer, welche sehr gut eingerichtet sind. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war super sauber. Erwähnt werden muss der tolle Fernblick in die Eifel. Ein sehr großes gepflegtes Grundstück mit Rasen, Hecken, Bäumen und Sträuchern und einem geräumigen Grillplatz darf genutzt werden. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar im Nachbarhaus hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und es entstand ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Familie Krämer ist äußerst gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und hat ein gutes Gespür für die Intensität des Kontakts. Das Haus ist extrem ruhig gelegen. Selbst Werktags fahren morgens kaum eine Handvoll Autos an der davorliegenden Straße vorbei. Der Garten kommt einem Park gleich. Er ist unwahrscheinlich groß, toll angelegt und wird von den Vermietern großzügig zur Nutzung freigegeben. Hier kann man sich beim Spielen austoben. Mittels der wertigen Tisch- und Stuhlgarnitur wird das Essen im Freien zum vielfachen Genusserlebnis. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich komfortabel zu versorgen. Hochwertige Matratzen in den Betten sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Im ca. 5km entfernten Jünkerath stehen 4 verschiedene Supermärkte und mindestens ein Bäcker zur Verfügung. Die Selbstversorgung ist dadurch problemfrei möglich. Ebenso ist in Jünkerath ein Bahnhof an dem regelmäßig unter anderem der RE hält. Die unmittelbare Umgebung eignet sich vielfältig zum Wandern und Spazierengehen. Wer Lust hat etwas weiter zu fahren der findet im Umkreis von 30-80km unzählige verschiedene, lohnenswerte Sightseeingmöglichkeiten. ##### Matthias L. Der Garten ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Sonnenplätze, Schatteplätze, Sitzen, Liegen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Natur ist sehr schön und es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. die Vermiter geben auch Tips für Wanderungen oder was so in der Nähe ist. Sie sind generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Gegend, die Sonne und unsere Ruhe sehr genossen. ##### Yvonne S.
