Spacious, quiet village house.

Comfortable in all seasons thanks to its high thermal inertia
Very large rooms, old-fashioned, with exposed wooden beams, where it is good to live in nature
Respect for ecology, with all sanitary drains discharged into a municipal collector, towards a natural phytosanitary treatment plant (with plants).
For its maintenance, to minimise noise and not to pollute the indoor air, this house is equipped with a central vacuum with discharge of unfiltered microdust to the outside.

Ideally located accommodation with all amenities (shops, pharmacy, health centre, restaurant and others 2 kilometres away).

Many visits possible:
- Historic centre of Auxerre (museums, cathedrals, AJA stadium)
- Chablis and its cellars and vineyards
- Medieval castle of Guédelon
- Castle of Saint Fargeau and its entertainment
- Lac du Bourdon and its water activities

Ideal stay to recharge your batteries in communion with the natural environment
Without using your vehicle, several possibilities for walks are available to you:
- Various hiking trails in the countryside, or in the undergrowth
- 300 metres from the house, a pedestrian, wooded and recreational area (leisure centre) is free to access and maintained by the municipality (see photos)
