Villa Lavanda is well located in the centre of Santo Tomas, just one street back from the promenade and sandy Santo Tomas Beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is only a few minutes’ walk from the resort’s shops and restaurants. Outside, the private pool and large lawn garden provide a lovely space to relax. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Lavanda is set just one street back from the main promenade at the entrance to Santo Tomas, putting the resort’s shops, restaurants and waterfront within a few minutes’ walk. Santo Tomas is a popular resort with a sandy beach and a seafront walkway lined with restaurants and cafés, offering lovely views of the sea and spectacular sunsets in the evening.
Main pool: 6 x 4 mtr, 0.9 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
