Bölgedeki 2 adet 5 yıldızlı hotelden birisi. Oda + kahvaltı şeklinde 5 gece konakladık .Hotel konum itibari ile sway hotel ile yan yana. Kendine ait 4 pisti ve 1 adet kısa eğitim pisti var . Gündüz hepsi açıktı, gece kayağı için sadece baştaki eğitim pisti aydınlatılıyor.Aynı zamanda ejder3200 zirvesi ve pistlerine bağlantı telesiyeji mevcut.bu bağlantı telesiyeji akşam 5 e kadar hizmet veriyor . Polat hotel , sway hotel ve ejder3200 pistleri ayrı ayrı skipass sistemi kullanıyor. Ortak bir sistem yok , hepsine ayrı ücret ödemek durumundasınız. Tam pansiyon plus konaklamalarda sanıyorum skipass dahildi. Yoğun bir dönem olmasına rağmen hizmet ve güleryüz eksiksizdi. İçerisindeki Mangal restoranda cağ kebabı mükemmel.mutlaka deneyin. Odalarda restorasyona başlanmış ama genel tasarım ve çoğu eşya 90lar dönemi 5 yıldızlı hotel seviyesinde diyebilirz. Yaşını belli ediyor. Odalar gayet sıcaktı fakat merkezi sistem havalandırma ve yüksek rakım sebebiyle her gece boğazımız kuruyarak uyandık. Havalimanı transferi yine tam pansiyon konaklamalarda dahil iken , kahvaltı şeklinde alınan odalarda ekstra ücrete tabi... Hotel yönetimine fiyatını gözden geçirmelerini tavsiye ederiz, kişi başı 20 euro olan fiyata güldük açıkçası üzgünüm.. Yine de Konaklamadan genel itibariyle memnun kaldık. Notumuzu dikkate alıp pistlere bakan oda verdikleri için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Beklediğimiz gibi değildi

Otel dışardan göründüğü gibi değildi. Odalar dekor olarak kötüydü. Banyo küvetinde hala perde kullanılıyor, su çok az akıyordu. Rahat duş almanız imkansız. Yarim kalmış şampuan şişesi değiştirilmemiş aynen öyle bırakılmıştı, 5 yildizli otelde olmasi gereken bircok banyo malzemesi yoktu. Yarim sise sampuan kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Odada buzdolabı ve bardak dahi yoktu. Icecekler bir çekmecede konmuş ve kitliydi. Sanki odadan bir şey kaçıracağız gibi düşünülmesi üzücü. Otel personeline guleryuzlu hizmetleri için teşekkür ediyorum.

Super Lage,sehr schön für Familien

Sehr schöne Lage etwas oberhalb der Stadt Erzurum am Fusse der Bergen (schön!). Schöne Aussicht vom Hotel aus, sehr netter Service.Perfekt im Winter: 2 Sesselbahnen starten unmittelbar vor dem Hoteleingang. Sehr schönes Hamam. Unsere 2 kleinen Kinder (2 und 4) haben das Schwimmbad innen mit separatem Kinderpool innen sehr genossen! Günstige Taxis ins Zentrum der Stadt (auf Wunsch wurden uns auch gleich die Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt). Wir waren im Frühling hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sehr leckeres Essen. Unser Vollpension-Paket umfasste in der Nebensaison freie Wahl von der Karte im A la carte - Restaurant mittags und abends, super fein und gute Auswahl! Morgens leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden wieder dort übernachten.

スキーをするために4泊しました。 部屋は狭くも無く、バスタブもあり、キレイに掃除されています。室内はかなり乾燥していて、洗濯物もすぐ乾きます。 フロントや荷物を運んでくれた従業員の対応も大変良かったです。朝食も4泊もすれば飽きてきますが、品数は多く、パンの種類も色々とありました。卵料理は、オーダーして出来たての物を食べれます。 周辺にはいくつかホテルがありますが、スーパーマーケット等は見当たりませんでした。ホテル内には水やジュース・お菓子などを買える所がなく、困りましたが、フロントでタクシーを呼んでもらってエルズルムの街中のミグロス（スーパーマーケット）まで買い出しに行きました。車で20分程の距離です。食品からちょっとした家電売り場があるので、一通りの物は揃います。ジュース・ビール・お菓子などホテルやスキー場の価格よりかなり安く買えます。 ホテル前にスキー場があります。ホテル前にはスキー・スノーボードのレンタルショップがあり、併設されたカフェでリフト券が購入できます。

The staff were very helpful, however the airconditioning needs to be looked at as it worked as a heater rather than a cooling system. I was at this hotel last summer and experianced the same problem in another room. I had to request a fan as the heat was unbearable. I noticed that most of the rooms that were occupied all had their windows opened. Marriot need to invest in updating the cooling system.
