Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the raised ground floor: a kitchen, living room, lounge, two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x200 twinnable into a bed 180x200), bathroom with shower and toilet. - A basement of 60 m² with laundry room and space to store your bikes, motorcycles, nautical equipment or other ... - Outside: A balcony of 7 m². A private garden of 200 m². - Parking of your vehicles in a private courtyard of 50 m². Treat yourself to a stay by the sea, thanks to this cottage which has just undergone a beautiful renovation. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a comfortable interior, where everything has been designed and fitted out for your greatest comfort. You will also fall under the spell of its decoration, all in harmony, giving this house a warm atmosphere. As for its location, it is also one of its many assets. You are on the seaside resort of Erquy and can do everything on foot. Many beaches await you there... The closest will be 700 m away. In a few steps, swimming is yours! The place is perfect for enjoying the fine sand and turquoise water. From there, for beautiful hikes, walk the GR34, head towards the capes of Erquy (1.5 km) and Fréhel (16 km)! Don't forget to go for a stroll along the quays of the fishing port (1.5 km), lined with restaurants. The seaside resorts of Pleneuf Val André (11 km) or Sables d'Or (6.7 km) are also worth a visit. In the heart of the seaside resort of Erquy and only 700 m from the beach, this house will be a nice address to discover the Côte de Penthièvre. It can be booked as an all-inclusive package!
