### Lovely family home for 8 with garden

For your next family or friends holiday, come and stay in this lovely bright and welcoming house. You will find everything you need to spend good moments.   
  
You will appreciate the garden with its terrace ideal for outdoor meals with the barbecue, as well as the green area perfect for relaxing on the loungers.   
  
The beach is less than 2 km away, you can enjoy it at any time: to cool off this summer or organize a picnic at sunset - enough to leave with beautiful memories!   
  
Upon your arrival, you will access the living room area, equipped with a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden. Just behind is a large friendly table, then the kitchen. Fully equipped, it provides you with everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.   
  
On the ground floor, you will discover a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom.   
  
Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A second bathroom as well as an independent toilet are also at your disposal.   
  
For parking, three private spaces are available right in front of the house. You will also be able to store up to four bicycles in a private storage room.
