BASEMENT : Laundry area with second fridge and freezer. Garden (250m²) with lawn, south east-facing patio (28m²). Parking area beside the house. This gite in a cul-de-sac on a hill above Erquy is an ideal holiday home for enjoying the harbour town, famous for its scallops, and the numerous fine sandy beaches along the Côte de Penthièvre. Walk across the heathland to Cap d'Erquy to admire the magnificent sea views, discover Cap Fréhel (15km) and Fort la Latte (16km). Swimming, hiking, nautical activities and scallop shell. All this is possible from Niko's house!
