### L'Estran - ERQUY - Gîte

Your independent holiday rental located in a dead end includes on the ground floor: - a living-dining room with sea view, - a bathroom with shower, - a separate toilet. Upstairs a small landing leads to 2 bedrooms under the roof: - a bedroom for 2 people offers a 180x190 bed with sea view, - another bedroom offers 2 90x190 beds with sea view. You benefit from a rear terrace facing south of 32 m², a small front terrace on the sea side of 6 m², a courtyard where you can park your vehicle and a fully enclosed landscaped flower garden of 530 m². Chalet not accessible. Very very beautiful view of the sea and Cap Fréhel for this house with wooden facade, located in a privileged environment. The GR34 at the foot of the cottage will allow you to escape for hikes that are certainly unforgettable. The first fine sand beach is only 1 km away (Plage des Montiers)! You will take advantage of your stay to discover must-see sites such as Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte, the popular seaside resort of Sables d'Or Les Pins (casino). But also live fully to the rhythm of the Erquy resort, its port, its variety of beaches, its restaurants, its many activities and ... its famous Coquille Saint Jacques! What a treat on the program!! Magnificent sea view for this rental a few meters from the GR34 on the Erquy coast!
