At about 300 meters from the beach in the center and 500 meters from the town center, shops (bakery at 150 m) and the weekly market, house with garden. Renovated lino Enter in 2013, tiled kitchen renovated in 2015, scullery lino with dishwasher and washing machine, a large bedroom with parquet floor 1 bed for 2 people, a bathroom linoleum renovated in 2013 with bath and shower, lino toilet and a large living room floor, all on the ground floor, with access to the garden from the kitchen and the hall.
Upstairs, a large room with 3 beds (2 beds 1 person and a great bed for 2 people) on lino, renovated in 2012, bedroom 1 bed for 2 people on lino, renovated in 2014, with a toilet WC.

Villa à rafraichir

ERQUY est une petite ville très agréable. La villa est très bien située permettant de tout faire à pied(plage à300 M , Centre ville à 800 M ), mais il faudrait finir la remis en état. Les volets ne ferment pas ,les ampoules ne fonctionnent pas toutes, les tapisseries sont à continuer pour que cette Villa soit agréable, ou mieux de la peinture blanche murs et plafonds. Le ménage laissait à désirer à notre arrivée. De plus 1 ou2 fauteuils de détente seraient les bienvenus, le canapé étant pour trois maximum. A part cela tout était bien.

Excellent !!!

Maison idéalement située, près de la plage, du port et de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. Des rénovations sont, certes, à faire mais on s'y sent tellement bien !! La literie est excellente, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine et le jardin est un vrai havre de tranquillité. Un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux !!!!! Nous reviendrons si nos pas nous ramènent à Erquy !!!

Älteres Häuschen mit viel Platz

Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Woche in Erquy. Das Häuschen ist tatsächlich schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür sehr geräumig und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohlgefühlt, auch die Vermieter waren nett. Vom WLAN sollte man nicht viel erwarten (Schneckentemo), dafür gibt es eine Waschmaschine.

Spacieuse maison de vacances

Spacieuse maison pour des vacances proche de la mer. Elle aurait besoin d'être rénovée mais elle est agréable à vivre pour des vacances. Elle se situe proche de la mer et du port. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. Elle est aussi très proche du cap d'Erquy et du GR 34. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très accommodant. Il est de bon conseil

Sommerurlaub mit typischem Bretagnewetter

Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter und weist einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns nicht nur mit Kuchen, sondern mit vielen Informationen über die Umgebung versorgt. Für uns ist diese Gegend eine der landschaftlich schönsten Ecken. Tolle Strände und ein wunderbares Hinterland das zu Wanderungen mit immer wieder beeindruckenden Ausblicken einlädt. Wir waren 3 Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 jüngeren Kindern in Erquy und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Excellent séjour à Erquy

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines en ce début juillet. Les propriétaires nous ont très gentiment accueillis en nous offrant des douceurs locales, dont un très bon far maison. Vraiment aucune critique : nous étions quatre adultes et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans cette maison pratique, simple, claire, au calme, idéalement placée tout près du port, du départ des balades et non loin du centre du village. Et la région est, bien sûr, magnifique. Nous recommandons !

haus erqui vom 7bis 15juni

Leider war unser Urlaub nicht gut. Das Haus war in keinem guten Zustand. Es roch muffig. Türschaniere waren verrostet .Der Kühlschrank von innen verschimmelt. Heizung ging nur zur Hälfte. Ich würde nie wieder so ein Haus mieten. Ich könnte noch mehr Mängel aufzählen. Die Bretagne ist wunderschön. Das hat ein bisschen entschädigt.

kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus mit antikem Charme

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern herzlich mit gekühltem Wasser und einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen empfangen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Erquy ist ein gemütliches Örtchen, mit vielen Möglichkeiten, die Ferien zu gestalten. Am Hafen kann man gemütlich sitzen und sehr gut essen oder mit schönem Ausblick auch nur etwas trinken. Empfehlenswert ist eine Wanderung auf dem GR34. Der schöne Sandstrand lädt an herrlichen Sommertagen zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls ist die Fahrt zu den Iles-de-Brehat mit der Schnellfähre ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Alles prima, sehr familienfreundlich

Ein sehr hübsches Haus an einer ruhigen Straße in dem schönen Ort Erquy. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 6+4) mit Kuchen und Getränken begrüßt. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Garten konnten die Kinder toll spielen. Der nächste Bäcker ist 200m entfernt, der Stadtstrand 300m. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Traumstrand (Sandstrand) an der Küste. Jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Wetter war mit 24- 28 C prima, Meerwasser sehr sauber und erfrischend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Agréable location dans une rue calme mais très bien située à Erquy (port, plages, commerces…). Location propre et très bien entretenue avec un jardin spacieux (idéal pour les enfants). Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont été à l'écoute pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Le livret mis à notre disposition est complet et donne des renseignements très utiles sur Erquy et les alentours. Nous avons vraiment passé d'excellentes vacances, à recommander sans hésiter !

Agréable location dans une rue calme mais très bien située près du port, plages et commerces. Location très bien entretenue est idéale pour grande famille. Le jardin est spacieux et ensoleillé. Le livret mis à notre disposition apporte des renseignements très utiles sur Erquy et ses environs. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, ils sont disponibles et à l'écoute des locataires. Je recommande cette location où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
