  • Beautiful apartment located on the 2nd floor of a small luxury residence facing the sea.
    It overlooks the magnificent fine sandy beach of Caroual, access to which is direct via the residence's pretty private garden, with no road to cross.

    Comfortable, bright, this apartment will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation by offering you peace and relaxation.

    From the bay window opening onto a south-west facing balcony you can admire the panorama constantly renewed at the whim of the tides and savor the spectacle of sunsets over the sea.

    For your car, a private and secure parking space is reserved for you (grid + beep)

Bel appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la plage. L’environnement est parfait pour faire de belles balades ou pour aller jouer au golf sur un parcours magnifique . le village avec tous les commerces est accessible à pied.. L’accueil des hôtes est très convivial.

Une semaine en mai 2023 prés de Erquy

Belle vue sur mer. Appartement fonctionnel, moderne, bien décoré situé dans un site qui offre plusieurs possibilités de randonnées. Propriétaires sympathiques. Un peu dommage de faire payer l'eau et l'électricité (il serait plus simple d'augmenter un peu le tarif et l'inclure dans le prix) même si cela était bien explicite dans l'annonce. Bref, une belle semaine prés de Erquy même si les températures étaient froides cette semaine là.

Appartement très bien agencé et parfaitement fonctionnel pour un couple ( une chambre supplémentaire avec deux lits de 90cm existe si enfant(s) ). Résidence très calme et le balcon avec vue sur mer est très appréciable. L' accès direct à la plage depuis le parking de la résidence est également un plus. A louer sans hésitation !!

Les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et situé dans une superbe région. La description de l'appartement est très fidèle à la réalité. Néanmoins, nous avons été surpris qu'il n'y ait aucune connexion internet alors qu'il nous semblait qu'elle était renseignée sur le site Abritel. Ce petit inconvénient ne nous a pas empêché de passer un séjour relaxant et vivifiant. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
