From this house, ideally situated between land and sea, set off to discover the charms of Erquy: its fine sandy beaches, discreet coves and lively harbour.  
  
This family home offers the following facilities:

\- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: sink, 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, plus a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);  
\- Separate toilet with washbasin.  
  
First floor:  
\- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);
