Enjoy a rejuvenating getaway in this charming house located just 450 metres from the sea, in the heart of the market town of Erquy. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this cosy house offers every comfort for up to 4 people.  
Its privileged location allows you to take full advantage of Erquy's authenticity: stroll through the narrow streets of the village, discover the local markets, and walk to the sandy beaches for a swim.  
  
This family home offers the following facilities:  
\- A large, friendly living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can seat up to 5 people;  
\- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with sink, induction hob (3 burners), extractor fan, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and a range of accessories (chopping board, utensils, frying pans, saucepans, etc.);  
\- A first bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190 cm);  
\- A second bedroom, similar to the first, with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm);  
\- A shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.  
  
\- A fully equipped terrace with patio furniture, parasol, gas barbecue;  
\- Rear courtyard with garden furniture and arbour (lighted) ;  
\- Parking house.  
\- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
