Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung war keine abgeschlossene Einheit, sondern bestand aus 2 abschließbaren Räumen auf einem Flur, der auch vom Gastgeber genutzt wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit neuen modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Preis/Leistung stimmte leider gar nicht. Wir haben pro Übernachtung 126,00 Euro/Nacht bei 5 Übernachtungen bezahlt. Für diesen Preis sollte es meiner Meinung nach aber in der Küche auch einen Geschirrspüler und einen Backofen geben. Des Weiteren fehlten mir Staubsauger oder Kehrbesen für die kleine Reinigung zwischendurch.

Ich habe übersehen, dass man auch Kleinkinder zwingend anmelden muss (hatte nur die Option ab 3 Jahren und Erwachsene gesehen und dachte deswegen, dass Kleinkinder nicht extra angemeldet werden müssen). Zum Glück hatte ich meinen Fehler noch rechtzeitig vor der Einreise bemerkt und beim Vermieter angerufen und nachgefragt - von Flexibilität fehlt jede Spur. Ich habe gesagt, dass unsere Tochter bei uns schlafen würde und wir keine Kindermöbel oder irgendwas bräuchten, dass sie trocken ist UND wir trotzdem noch Windeln benutzen würden, dass wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein würden und uns egal ist, dass die Wohnung nur für 2 Personen gedacht ist (und dementsprechend etwas zu klein für 2 1 sein dürfte) - und es ging ja sowieso nur um 2 Übernachtungen... Ich habe sogar angeboten, etwas für unsere Tochter zuzuzahlen. Ich hatte einfach das Gefühl, man will uns nicht als Gäste haben, was gerade in dieser Coronazeit schon etwas verwunderlich ist. Wie wir 1 Tag vor der Einreise stornieren sollten war mir auch nicht klar. Selbstverständlich ist der Gastgeber nicht verpflichtet, sich auf etwas anders einzulassen als vertraglich vereinbart. Genauso bin ich auch nicht verpflichtet, die Unterkunft weiter zu empfehlen. Belvilla kann ich übrigens auch nicht empfehlen - telefonisch nicht erreichbar und per Email seit über einer Woche keine Antwort. Und warum überhaupt eine 0800-Nummer auf der Webseite angeben, wenn das erste was man beim Anrufen hört ist "Dieser Anruf ist nicht kostenlos". Ich kann den Kundenservice nur mit dem von AirBnB vergleichen und es liegen Welten dazwischen.
