Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

The staff is incredible, friendly and helpful but not in a way that seems forced. I had the chance to stay in one of the standard rooms and an upgraded renovated room while there and both were very clean. I will be back in the future.
