Welcome to Villa Artemis, a stunning 600m² gated residence nestled just 2 km from the picturesque fishing village of Kilada in the Peloponnese. Accommodating up to 16 guests (12 adults & 4 children), this elegant villa offers 7 ensuite bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, and a private pool with panoramic sea and sunset views. Fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully furnished, the villa also features an office with an inspiring sea view, a BBQ area, landscaped gardens, and is ideal for family getaways, groups of friends, or remote work retreats. Located just 250m from crystal-clear waters and 600m from the family-friendly Lepitsa sandy beach and beachfront restaurant, the villa is perfectly positioned for relaxation, swimming, and water sports in calm, shallow coves.  
  
The layout of the villa is designed for comfort and privacy: the main level includes a kitchen, living room, indoor/outdoor dining areas, WC, laundry room, and BBQ. The upper level features a master ensuite bedroom with a sea-view veranda and an office that can host 2 guests. On the lower level, there are 3 ensuite bedrooms (for 6 guests) with sea-view terraces and a large dormitory-style ensuite room (for 4 guests - children). The ground level offers another living area with a bar, WC, and direct pool access, while a detached guest house includes 2 more ensuite bedrooms. Extra beds, camp beds, and baby cots are available upon request, making Villa Artemis a versatile and luxurious choice for your Greek seaside holiday.
