With five beautifully designed bedrooms and space for up to 10 guests, the villa is an idyllic blend of seclusion and coastal proximity.  
  
Surrounded by lush gardens and scenic pathways, the villa invites relaxation and exploration, while its design combines the timeless elegance of Provence with Italian craftsmanship.  
  
More than just a getaway, Villa SeaScape offers a unique escape into tranquility. The expansive grounds are thoughtfully landscaped with vibrant, lush plants and feature charming pathways that invite serene strolls, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. With the stunning sea just steps away, the villa provides a sense of peace and majesty that will make you never want to leave.  
  
Villa Layout:  
\- Main Space (250 sqm) features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms.  
\- Open-plan living/dining area with direct access to the pool.  
\- Living room equipped with a 43" TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, and self-controlled A/C.  
 \-Dining table seating up to 8 guests with a poolside backdrop.  
\- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C, spacious closet.  
\- Bedroom 2 Two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m) convertible into a king-size bed upon request, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C, spacious closet.  
\- Full bathroom with standup shower and KORRES products.  
\- Bedroom 3 (Master): King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with standup shower, full-length mirror, spacious closet with safe deposit box, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C.  
\- Bedroom 4: Detached from the main building with its own private entrance. Bunk bed (1.00m x 2.00m each), ensuite bathroom with standup shower, TV, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C.  
\- Bedroom 5: Detached from the main building, on the first floor with its own private entrance. Two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m) convertible into a king-size bed upon request, ensuite bathroom with standup shower.  
  
Outdoor Area:  
\- 6,000 m2 of expansive grounds, creating the ultimate peaceful retreat.  
\- Private swimming pool (depth 1.10m to 2.20m) with step access.  
\- Poolside amenities: sun beds, side tables, poolside shower, and two umbrellas.  
\- BBQ facilities with a high-end BORRMAN ELITE grill.  
\- Outdoor dining area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola.  
\- Two separate outdoor seating areas under shaded pergolas for relaxation.
