Schlafzimmer im Keller bedrückend klein. Kinderbett und Stuhl trotz zweimaliger Bestellung nicht vor Ort. Grundstück sehr klein, kein Schattenplatz, kein Sonnenschirm. Umgebung schön und weitläufig.
