A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner.

"Wir hatten ein Executive-Doppelzimmer bestellt und den Wunsch geäußert, ein Bad mit Dusche zu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, es gibt gar keine Zimmer mit Dusche, sondern alle haben nur Badewanne.
