I apologize that your card was authorized for the entire amount of the stay. I have corrected the issue and charged Expedia- whom you already paid. The authorization will take a day or two to release from your bank- but it is off on our end. The chrges are a hold against your account not an actual charge.

The room LOOKeD clean and for the most part but we found 6 food wrappers under couch (we used pull out couch) and under beds. Walls and doors also needed to be wiped down. (Drink or food splashes) I just feel like in general hotels clean room they do the check list (beds, bathroom garbages and vacuum ) but never anything else that may need it. Makes it nice to go home after a trip 😉

The hotel was as expected, but the staff was excellent. They made our stay during the eclipse a memorable one. Would like to send all our appreciation to the courteous members of the hotel.

Large rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Beds are not comfortable. They sunk in the middle.They should replace them

We are seniors and were given a room on first floor near the pool. Also near the elevator doors and entrance/exit doors. Way too much noise. The place had speakers in the ceilings of the halls and the staff forgot to shut the music off at night so I could hear music playing all night long. Needless to say I didn’t get much sleep.

Room with a jacuzzi tub was a little outdated but everything worked and it came with a lot of amenities. Very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed the whirlpool/hot tub. So many hotels no longer have this and it was nice to relax and use the hot tub after working out in the workout room. I would like a "free" breakfast, but I understood when making the reservation that the price did not include a free breakfast. I don't always eat breakfast anyway so I didn't want to spend $14.95 for the buffet.

Kim at front desk was extremely friendly.. what a delightful person. However, the woman who guarded the dining area in the morning was rude and abrupt. We were so excited to come down for breakfast, thinking it was a continental breakfast, and when we sat down, she rudely yelled from across the room: if you are planning on having breakfast here it is $14.95 per person. She could have been much kinder. It left a sour taste in my mouth and no way was I now going to pay with her attitude. What a shame she was so rude.

Very disappointing for a Hilton…
I travel every three months for a living. I’ve stayed at lots of Hiltons. This one is incredibly dated and an efficient. I spent 15 minutes trying to get on the Internet to know luck it said weak signal over and over. Finally had to use my hotspot to do a little work before bed after being on the road for six hours after a full day of work. The curtains didn’t completely obliterate the light from the parking lot. The toilet seat was loose and slid back-and-forth. The bed was squeaky and you could feel and hear all the springs. The sheet was hanging on the floor when I arrived from the side of the bed. You could hear all the movement upstairs this morning at 5:30 AM. Unusual in a hotel of the size and supposed quality. No glasses only Styrofoam cups offered for a Kureg with no water bottle to fill it. The showerhead good water pressure. Definitely not worth $150 price tag.

Customer service was incredible on this website. The hotel itself was not as clean as i hoped for.. they don’t dust and they don’t clean the kuerig that’s in the room. A little worried about that but overall it was a great trip

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was very clean though the bathroom was not as clean as the room itself. We were relocated to another room and everything was immaculate. For our inconvenience, management gave us a complimentary breakfast card for two that we used the following morning. It was here that we met the sweetest person to assist us with our takeout breakfast selections. She could not have been more helpful and kind to us. Based on our experience I would recommend Hilton Garden in Erie.

Hotel room was not what I expected and was told I'm totally different the room did not have the things that I asked about when I booked it also I did not know that you had to rearrange your room to get refreshed I thought it just was an everyday thing that housekeeping did also there was no free breakfast I got one free breakfast voucher the whole time I was there and when I asked about getting some extra pillows and things they said if they could they would so I wasn't very happy with the accommodations that were there totally thought it was going to be different

Our brand does not have a complimentary breakfast- just a restaurant style breakfast. I see that you booked one king bed with a spa tub in the room- that is what you were assigned. Next time book directly with the hotel and we can explain the layout of the room and ammenities.

You think a little to highly of yourself
It was a nice hotel, but not exceptional. Expensive. I was quite disappointed that they would be listed as pet friendly and then charge me a $75 fee for my dog to stay the night. That was outrageous. $14.95 for breakfast was a bit crazy too, in a world of comp breakfast, you think highly of yourself.

Our rates are in-line with Erie.PA. Our breakfast is not a complimentary breakfast with this brand. The pet fee is per stay- every Hilton now accepts pets and there is a fee associated with the stay.
