All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak. Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people.
