"I love this hotel. It is perfectly placed on the Neumarkt Square by the Frauenkirche, within the old town. It is a top, top quality hotel with fantastic rooms, an awesome breakfast buffet and roof top bar. The staff are personable, helpful and welcoming. Just spending time at this hotel, with the room window open onto the square and the sound of the church bells peeling, along with the gentle chatter from the cafes and restaurants below is worth the trip to Dresden alone. Wonderful!"

"Richard, Benjamin, and all the staff were perfect! Exceeded our expectations. Richard helped to coordinate reasonably priced taxis to/from the hotel and Benjamin checked us in smoothly. The welcome profiteroles were a stunning surprise. As AMEX members, there was a free upgrade so we enjoyed a beautiful lanai overlooking the front of the hotel; early check-in and late checkout as members were well received The bellhops were very warm and accommodating. While we were only visiting for an evening, our visit at the hotel was unforgettable. We will definitely be back to this charming city and this beautiful hotel. "
