Welcome to MiCasa Rooms and this authentic apartment in a renovated historic building, which offers everything you need for a great short- or long-term stay in Erfurt:

This apartment was recently renovated with great attention to detail and is located in a historic half-timbered house dating back to 1810. It awaits you with the charming blend of old and new.

The location is quiet, situated in a suburb of the state capital Erfurt, in close proximity to the trade fair grounds and the EGA.

You can start your day with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.

The apartment features a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide), a spacious living room with a couch, TV, and a workspace. A third or fourth guest can sleep on the comfortable 120 cm-wide sofa bed.

The spacious kitchen-living area is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s enough room for four people to enjoy breakfast or dinner together at the table.

The modern bathroom features a spacious, floor-to-ceiling rain shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and shampoo/shower gel.

Upon request, we provide a high chair and children’s tableware free of charge for families with toddlers, and a travel cot with a sheet for 15€ per stay.

In the enclosed courtyard, you can rent a parking space for €10 per day, which includes a wall box for charging your electric vehicle. You can also rent two e-bikes (subject to availability) to ride into city centre Erfurt or go on bike tours.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. Make yourself right at home!



The area:

You’ll be staying in the Hochheim district, located just outside the city centre. The accommodation is located right in the heart of the district’s quaint town centre. You can still reach the main train station in 10 minutes by bus.

A bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance, so everything you need for daily life is nearby.


Out and About Around the Accommodation

The Erfurt Exhibition Centre, EGA Park, and the MDR regional broadcasting centre are all in the immediate vicinity. You can reach these destinations by car in 5 minutes or on foot in 15–20 minutes.

There’s also a beautiful walking and biking path along the Gera River towards city centre, perfect for idyllic strolls.

We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You’ll also find plenty of soap and shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. A coffee and tea station will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
