The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long eventful day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The apartment has a large living room and bedroom + kitchen + bathroom + hallway. In the living room there is a double bed (180cm), as well as two other seatings with TV to linger. The kitchen-living room has fitted kitchen (including hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as basic kitchen utensils).

Built in 1904 according to the Art Nouveau style, the former municipal building with high dwarf gables flanked by oriels and turrets is a designated monument in Erfurt. The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic centre - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and tram) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance.

The residential area is characterised by quiet and neighborly consideration for a relaxed stay in the lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment. Directly across the street of the apartments is the Venice Park, known beyond the city limits of Erfurt, with its widely branching arms of the river Gera.
