What a wonderful hotel. First, they were so accommodating with getting us in the room early. The reached out asking our arrival time as well as offering to arrange transportation if needed. We had a great room with a queen and twin bed. We were leaving early so they delivered breakfast the evening before. The offer rooftop dining and allowed us to sit up there to enjoy the view. Every staff member was kind, helpful and welcoming!

Stephanous was positively incredible. He made sure that everything flowed very smoothly from excellent food service to even going out of his ways to providing an umbrella during a short rain shower. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms need updating. The sofa and chair in our room were both stained and dingy. Shower head and fixtures need cleaning. Odor in the lobby faintly smells of sewage or something.
