"Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia… When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia. ..."
