"The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. The garage was open that you walked by going into the house and it was filled with junk. The front porch was run down with broken screens, a broken hose, and really worn and dirty furniture. We would have left but couldn’t find another place to stay because of it being Derby Week. It was really unacceptable."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Jockey Suite. It was nice sitting outside in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise with the horses in the field. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and the water temperature in the shower was exactly correct."

"We stayed here as a group of 3 for the K3DE. The property is wonderful. It is very well equiped. You can tell the Owners put a lot of love into it. It was very clean & well stocked. Loved the towels! The beds were comfortable. The porch was a wonderful place to unwind after the park. I will definitely look at booking this property again next time we go!"

"Bourbon Chaser is a lovely property. We unfortunately didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub, but we've already booked it again for next year so maybe then!! Everything was clean, well-stocked and electronics all worked great. The location was convenient to downtown and the horse park. "

"The kitchen was very well equipped! The dishwasher even had a special third rack at the very top for knives and other flat things. It was a very warm, inviting space. It was so easy to run into town (less than 2 miles) for shops and some great restaurants."

"This house was a sweet little cottage in a quiet area. Neighbors were very quiet. Georgetown offered a lot of places to eat and is a good central location between the Ark and Lexington plus the wilderness areas just south, Frankfort to the west! Beds were comfortable. All was as promised and depicted. We would definitely choose this home again!! "
