Quick to solve some issues we encountered (allergies for bedding), large rooms for a family of 5, nice playground for the kids and close to the highway to continue our trip. "We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones.
It is surrounded by beautiful nature trails and old castles to visit.

It’s a very traditional place in terms of decor but everything was immaculate and well looked after - our room was really spacious and even had an exercise bike which we weren’t expecting!
