Cozy studio of 32 m², located in hyper town center of Epernay in a street and a quiet area. Entered kitchen equipped and opened on a roomy living room, separated TOILET and room of bath with space lingerie. Breakfast possible, the studio is equipped with all the necessities. Bed made and towels available. Ideal for couples and business trips. Modern and functional, ideal for a stay in the capital of Champagne!
Close to all shops in the city center: Saturday morning market (sidewalk across the park) bakery, butcher, bars / restaurants, shops, shopping, cellar visits ... The Avenue de Champagne is nearby (3 min) but far enough away to avoid agitation and traffic. Town covered by 4G - Champagne Hillsides, Houses and Champagne Cellars classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.
The apartment is located in a house in the heart of the city center, access is by crossing a door directly on the apartment (see photos of the announcement)
If you are driving: The easiest way is to get to Place Carnot and take rue Léger Bertin. General Sarrail street is on your left. The apartment is located down the street on your left before the traffic light. I invite you to look at the pictures of the ad for an even more detailed location. For parking: Places are available in front of the apartment for free and in the streets in the immediate vicinity: rue du General Garrail, rue Léger Bertin or rue de Sézanne. Alternatively, the entrance to the underground car park is 100 m from the apartment but paid (1 hour free). Alternatively, the outdoor Gallice parking 100 m through the park. The neighborhood and the city are very safe so do not worry about your vehicle. If you arrive by train: The apartment is a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the station.

In the entrance on the right: coat rack on the wall, In the kitchen: Kitchen units, induction hob with pots, pans, extractor hood, fridge, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, Champagne glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, bowls, glasses, pulls -bouchon, eat standing with 4 stools ... In the living room: a new sofa bed (mattress 18 cm), coffee table, flat screen TV, TV cabinet with storage. In the bathroom: all the storage units are available
You will be close to the tourist activities and all the shops: bar-restaurant, bakery, banks, bus, pharmacy, doctor, grocery stores, kebab, petrol station, hairdresser, ready-to-wear stores and small food etc ... The Bernard-Stasi Square and the covered market are very close to the apartment. Otherwise, there are city buses. The train station is 5-10 minutes walk away. Reims, the nearest big city is 25 minutes by car. The villages of the Côte des Blancs are 15 minutes by car by the tourist route. Places are available in front of the apartment for free and in the streets in the immediate vicinity: rue du General Garrail, rue Léger Bertin or rue de Sézanne. This apartment is in very good condition and clean. I am counting on the future occupants to leave him in the same state by leaving without any degradation or theft. No noise, no music after 9:30 pm I expect travelers that they leave the places tidy and clean (sanitary cleans, emptied bins, light off, reduced heating ...). In summary, the accommodation must be like when you arrive. I insist on the respect of places and neighborhood, the noise of the night and excessive noise that are not tolerated. I count on your citizenship.

We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. Walking thru center city is very easy with a couple Carrefour stores close by. We would certainly stay here again.
The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed, or might have needed. The location was brilliant, within easy walk of the beach and many restaurants.
Maxime was great, and so was his place! His communication was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and we will return on our next trip later this year! Highly recommended.
This is our second visit to Epernay staying in the same location. We find this apartment suitable for a short stay but be advised. You may have to park a kilometer from the apartment on very tight narrow streets. This location is 25 meters from what is considered the city center. The city centre area is nice and flat with food, drink, and shopping within 200 meters The other direction where you’ll need to park is quite steep. We find that everything in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom facilities to be functional. A couple notable items, we cannot get warm water in the kitchen, some kitchen items we consider mandatory are missing, examples would be a bread knife, two of the same glassware, and there is not a side or overhead mount for the shower head it is on a hose. The toilet is 1 ft taller than any we have ever used but there is a step stool available. Lastly, there is a moderate sized cabinet for clothes with hanger space and a couple shelves. We’re able to hang all we needed and room for one in the shelves. I used my suitcase for my wardrobe both visits. We give our rating based on value and modest expectations. We would stay again for a short visit

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen an der Straße. Unmittelbare Fußentfernung zum belebten Zentrum mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants.
Super snel contact met de verhuurder en ook al kwamen we 4 uur voor inchecken aan konden we gewoon naar binnen. Echt een top locatie oploopafstand van alles en gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Het appartement was schoon maar wel twee puntjes van kritiek: matras was echt mindere kwaliteit en de douche kop kon niet opgehangen worden.
