"Please ignore the reviews that this place is a little bit worn down. Yes it looks like something from Las Vegas in the 1980s. But, I'm still giving it five stars because the staff is absolutely amazing, I've traveled all over Greece the last two months and most hotels are terrible and hospitality is as well, but these guys are great, they also have the best gym I've seen in almost any hotel anywhere if you are a serious athlete, and their breakfast is phenomenal. Rooms are large as well. "

"This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay "

"Such a cute hotel! Very clean, and greats extras included in the room (slippers, robes). The staff were super friendly. The room was a nice size. Even though the balcony was small, we enjoyed reading on it as it’s a nice quiet area. The shower was small, and even as a small person found myself bumping into the glass a lot. The room was great, but a full length mirror would have made it perfect! Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and the softest croissants I’ve ever had lol. Breakfast on the patio was especially relaxing! The surrounding area is wonderful. Lots of street parking, and a 10 minute walk to the downtown area with lots of shops and food options! "

"As a seasoned traveller, I have never experienced such bad service from management. A complete lack of communication, examples..breakfast times were changed and not advised on check-in. We were blamed for not advising them what time we would arrive for breakfast, regardless of set breakfast times. I can't rate the breakfast, not worth the additional cost, many local cafes offering a great breakfast. Not advised on parking rebates, as a result we paid the full price, management stated we should have asked them, we did but it had to be before we parked at the hotel We have always received information at check-in. The rooms were clean, you get what you pay for. The most disappointing part was management behaviour, there was zero accountability. Unfortunately we weren't the only guests to receive this treatment."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the boutique hotel Philippion in Florina, Greece. Unlike most other hotels in Greece, Philippion offers free parking along with a hot breakfast. Their garden of flowers and greenery is another rarity. The people were especially friendly and we had a pleasant conversation during our breakfast. No doubt we would stay there again without a second thought . Dont hesitate to book with Philippion. "

"Amazing!!! The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would open the window at night just to hear the water running in the nearby river. The small historical neighbourhood is majestic and so peaceful. The staff at Kokkino Spiti went above and beyond. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. They treated us so well, they made sure we were comfortable and treated my 90 year old father with such kindness. The breakfast was great, we were treated to the local olives, jams, fresh bread and local yogurt and honey. We are definitely coming back!!! "
