The room was clean and modern. There is no bar soap or Kleenex in the room. I asked for both and they said they would supply Kleenex but they did not. They do not have any face cloths so it is just liquid soap. The shower stall glass pane was not secured properly and I was alway concerns it might shatter each time I closed the shower door. The room I was in would not hold the clothes of two people. It was fine for one. The bed, linens pillows were very nice. With some attention to small things the experience would be much better.

Wonderful stay at EXE Saldanha. The facilities are new and rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and has large variety too. Car park can not be reserved as per policy but we were lucky that there was still available space and access through the car life next door was easy but bigger/longer car might be a bit more difficult. There is a fire station opposite to the hotel so you might hear loud sounds during the night but it wasn't too bad for us. Getting into the city centre is easy either via Metro or Uber, overall very good experience.

Immaculate and great location. Beds are not comfortable- very hard. Expected better from a property of this level. Their response was to put a mattress topper on - on the last night of our stay. Staff and amenities are fine but not memorable. Overall disappointing.

I was only in the hotel one night. I had an early flight the next morning and wanted a hotel that provided 24-hour shuttle service. The property was clean and quiet. The room itself was comfortable with adequate seating in room for a quick stay. I would definitely go back.

The hotel breakfast was delicious and healthy. Service for supper was slow. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. One negative was that the hotel was quit isolated. Fortunately the subway was close , so we were able to go to the centre of Lisbon.
