Semi-detached village house in the market town of Albens-Entrelacs, on the road leading to the forest and the Chambotte lookout. Comfortable, functional gite with spacious rooms. South-west-facing terrace (13 m²). Local shops and services open all year round. Gite on 2 levels comprising first floor: entrance hall, kitchen and pantry, living room (pellet stove with manual recharging), separate WC with washbasin.  
  
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 twin bed 140x190 cm), a shower room (shower and WC), a living room (sofa bed 2 persons) opening onto the terrace, a mezzanine in the basement with an opening onto the living room (1 single bed). Private parking with carport, 50 m from the gite.  
  
Sheets are optional. To be requested directly from the owners.
