Casa Las Hortensias is located just 12 km from Santander and 33 km from Santillana del Mar, with Santander airport 11 km away. Its privileged location allows guests to enjoy endless places to visit, beautiful beaches, and a unique natural environment. The house stands out both for its exterior and for every corner of its interior, decorated with great taste and attention to detail.  
  
The dwelling features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by nature and has a spacious, sunny garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. Pets are welcome.  
  
On the ground floor, there is the living room with an equipped kitchen, a toilet, and access to the garden. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom. The second floor, under the roof, houses a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray. The careful and harmonious decoration is enjoyed throughout the house, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere.  
  
Casa Las Hortensias is the perfect place for a family vacation, a trip with friends, or a romantic getaway, combining comfort, style, and the beauty of the natural environment.

Pues no nos ha gustado mucho, más que nada porque la casa necesitaría limpieza a fondo, pero también mantenimiento. Fuera de esto la casa está bien.Otro aspecto negativo es la cercanía de la autovía, que hace que en el jardín el ruido del tráfico sea constante.En resumen, me parece que el alquiler es excesivo, y sobre todo, que no es tolerable que te den una casa que está sucia, sea cual sea el precio. Las únicas fotos que tengo de la casa, mejor no las pongo aqui
