The neighborhood is quiet. Nearby restaurants are primarily fast food, so you'll have to travel a bit for non fast food. Dothan is a 20-30 min drive and has a variety of restaurants. We only stayed one night but it provided everything we needed. Upon entering it smelled wonderful, bonus points there. Everything was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. I didn't get to utilize it but I did see there was an desk space for working. Plenty of extra towels and had some additional toiletries which was a nice touch. We needed a place close to Enterprise and it was less than 15 mins so it worked really well. The host was also very communicative and answered questions really quickly and was very responsive. Spacious, clean, and literally a stones throw from Ft Rucker’s gates. Yes, the parking lot has pot holes, and yes the top floor neighbors are a bit heavy footed... these are out of the property owners control. The apartment was more than comfortable while visiting my son. Ace (my special needs dog) was well received and the property owner/manager was very understanding of the situation that occurred.
