Over 1000 sf of covered outdoor space allows you to enjoy being outside in almost any weather. We have a sandy beach on a quiet cove that is the perfect place to enjoy the water. Our boat dock, equipped with electricity, is inside the cove and protected from wind and waves. The big flat lakeside front yard is great for playing games or bird watching. The street side backyard has a large circular driveway with spacious parking for trucks and boats. LAKEFRONT LODGE is located on Lakefront Drive which is a wonderful community with many full time residents. Respect for neighbors is a requirement to rent this property. This was by far the best lot we have ever enjoyed. It was a gentle slope down to the water and had a small sandy beach area that the children loved. This year we brought 5 students to camp and an extra chaperon. We also brought our three personal children along for the trip. This house was perfect for our group! The separate levels made it super easy to keep our boys and girls separate. Being on the water made for easy lake day access. My personal children LOVED the beach area and spent a lot of time building sand castles. The outdoor shower was perfect for getting sand off before entering the house. The house is in a great location and the perfect set up for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the swing set and getting to play in the lake all day. The adults enjoyed sitting on the dock and just relaxing. If you have a boat, it is a great area to fish in, just remember you might catch a few turtles. Also, the neighbors are very friendly. My only two cons are that the description states that two futons are in the downstairs areas. It is actually 2 couches but I was told they were extremely comfortable. The other con is if you close the doors to the upstairs bedrooms they have a weird smell but if the door stays open they don't smell.
